You can make this dinner for a friend or family member or cook for yourself.
Whether you have a few leftovers, a few leftover dinners or a couple leftover dinners to eat on the go, this easy and quick recipe for a delicious dinner can get you through the week.
For starters, you will need a couple of ingredients to get started: 1 large egg, a tablespoon of butter, a little water and a pinch of salt.
If you don’t have an egg, you can use an egg whites instead.
Cook your eggs in a large frying pan with the butter.
Once the eggs are cooked, drain them in a colander, put them on a large plate and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Put the egg in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
While the egg is simmering, prepare the sauce for your main dish.
Add a little more water and salt and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add the butter and let it melt and brown the eggs a bit.
Add your favorite ingredients to the sauce and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Once everything is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and place the pan on the countertop to cool completely.
The sauce should thicken up a bit but you can add more sauce if needed.
When the sauce is cool, spoon the sauce over your main ingredients.
Now that your main dishes are ready, you’re ready to serve your main course.
Put on your favorite hat and start your favorite meal.
