You can use a bowl or glass container, but we recommend using a large bowl or a glass pot to make sure it stays in the fridge.
Make sure your pasta water is at room temperature.
You’ll need to wait until the pasta water has hardened enough before you begin to use it.
To make the noodles, heat a small pot of salted water over medium-high heat until the water is boiling.
Add the pasta and cook until the noodles are tender, about 5 minutes.
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Add your chopped cauliflower and stir-fry until it is golden brown and soft, about 10 minutes.
Add meat and stir until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
Stir in your beef stock and stir to combine.
Add a little water if needed to make the sauce thicker.
Add cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 30 minutes.
Once the sauce is thick enough to coat the top of your bowls, remove from heat and add it to your bowls.
Repeat with remaining pasta and cauliflower.
If you have a skillet, use it to melt the remaining butter.
Once melted, add the beef and stir fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Then add the cheese and stir again until melted.
Once everything is melted and the sauce has thickened, add more beef stock to make it thicker, about 1 to 1.5 minutes.
Add a little more water if necessary to make thickened sauce thicker, if desired.
