Why don’t you eat every day?

That way, the body has time to recover and heal.
However, it also might not be good for you.

It’s also possible to overeat.
When we overeat, our bodies use more calories to get the same amount of nutrients.

The same goes for a lack of sleep, and the more we’re not getting enough rest.
If we’re overworking ourselves and eating unhealthy foods, we’ll be less likely to feel hungry and more likely to overest and overeat in general.

If there are certain foods you’re really fond of, you may want to try those out.
Or, if you just can’t stop eating, try cutting back on certain meals or portions of meals.
Lastly, remember that the best diet is your own, so if you want to lose weight, you need the tools you have.
