We’ve been told that “good food is better than no food at all.”
That’s a pretty clear statement, but it’s not the only one.
Many people may not agree with the statement, and others might be tempted to throw out what they’ve been eating.
But in Canada, we have a saying that’s been around for centuries: “Good food is more than food.”
It’s a sentiment that has inspired generations of Canadians and has been used as a guiding principle in many ways.
That’s why I’ve decided to take a look at what food we know to be healthy and tasty.
So we’ll start with one of the most famous phrases of all time: “Delicious food is delicious, unhealthy food is unhealthy.”
So what are the health benefits of eating healthy?
There’s some really strong evidence that eating good food is good for you.
And in some ways, it’s even better than eating unhealthy food.
The good news is that there are plenty of food that are healthy and delicious, so you don’t have to feel guilty if you choose to eat healthy.
And there’s a reason for that: it’s good for your body.

You can eat healthily, and not feel bad about it Eating healthy has a lot of benefits for you, including reducing the risk of chronic disease.
One of the main reasons to be mindful of your weight and health is that eating well reduces your risk of developing certain diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, stroke, and colon cancer.
Another major reason is that good eating can help you lose weight.
If you’re overweight, the odds of getting a heart attack are three times higher if you eat lots of unhealthy food than if you do the same amount of healthy food.
So you’ll be healthier overall if you’re eating healthily.
And it’s no wonder: eating healthy will help your body repair damage caused by certain illnesses and diseases.
